Iso 3166-2:id

ISO 3166-2:ID is the entry for codes for the names of the principal subdivisions (e.g., provinces or states) of all countries coded in ISO 3166-1.

Currently for Indonesia, ISO 3166-2 codes are defined for two levels of subdivisions:

7 geographical units (which are major islands or island groups)
31 provinces, 1 autonomous province, 1 special district, and 1 special region

Each code consists of two parts, separated by a hyphen. The first part is ID, the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of Indonesia. The second part is two letters.
