Motor Oil (Hellas), Corinth Refineries S.A. (Greek: Μότορ Όιλ (Ελλάς) Διυλιστήρια Κορίνθου Α.Ε.) is a leading company based in Greece focusing on petroleum refining. The company is the second-largest refiner in Europe. Headquartered in the Athens suburb of Maroussi with assets in the United Kingdom, USA, Iran, Russia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia etc., the firm operates the Corinth Refinery in Corinth and the Cairo Refinery based in Egypt. It also owns the Avin, Shell and Cyclon chain of fuel stations in Greece and Egypt. The company' s largest subsidiary is the Avin International S.A. Group which possesses a fleet of 25 oil tankers and 6 containers.

Motor Oil's majority shareholder is Petroventure Limited Holdings S.A.(51.9%), a holding company of the billionaire Vardinogiannis family.Saudi Aramco Oil Overseas holds a (16.1)% stake wich belongs to the Arabian government
